Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve our services. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, data analysis, etc.,

What you will be doing here:

• Become your customers strategic consultant and go-to person for help, deliver insights to help customers optimize the value of the product.
• Responsible for upsell and cross-sell revenue.
• Support clients in achieving their required goals.
• Identify successful customers and turn them into advocates, measured by participation in reference calls, case studies, and blogs.
• Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to product teams.
• Contribute to the development of industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering Customer Success.
• Maximize your portfolio s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction.
• Be the customer success specialist to interact via phone and email.

Skills Required:

• 2-4 years of Proven experience as key account manager working for SaaS, or Cloud companies.
• Experience writing customer-facing documentation.
• Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into actionable plans.
• At ease demonstrating product functionality; ability to provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases.
• Engaging phone & video presence: enthusiastic, passionate, goal achiever and high energy, but also poised, confident, and extremely professional.
