Plant Head

Job Summary:

The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the manufacturing plant. This includes ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, managing the workforce, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role will work closely with plant HO and external vendors to meet company goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Role & responsibilities :

1. Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.

2. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

3. Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

4. Ensure the plant operates in compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

5. Develop and manage the plant budget, including cost control and cost reduction initiatives.

6. Oversee daily production activities to ensure that production schedules are met, and products are manufactured to the highest standards.

7. Monitor and manage production KPis, including output, quality, and efficiency metrics.
