Senior executive - Learning and Development

Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible for driving L&D initiatives for new hires, campus graduate hiring and core employees 
• Identifying skill gaps and learning needs for devising identified learning plans, including learning circles
• Support the creation of course material, manuals, quizzes etc 
• Drive program activities to ensure on track execution of program activities as per plan which includes scheduling, launching learner surveys etc.
• Implementing and driving adoption of LMS 
• Become proficient in focus technologies, and create how – to” video/PPTs
• Train the trainer on training delivery, video creation and L&D knowledge management 
• L&D MIS & Dashboards: Track attendance, cost of programs, instructor feedback and training effectiveness. Deploy and publish monthly L&D dashboard. 
• Support rollout of employee engagement activities 
• Vendor Management: Onboard L&D vendors, liaison with finance for payment.
