Axiom Test Lead/Test Support Consultant

Client is one of the well-established UK based financial service provider. They are in the process of implementing Axiom as strategic regulatory reporting solution for UK and Europe regulatory reports.

Responsibilities

• Test Strategy and Planning: Develop, execute, and own the overall Test Strategy and planning for axiom (UK and Europe Regulatory report solutions covering Capital, Liquidity, Finstat and PRA 110)
• Prepare SIT test pack
• Lead the execution of test scenarios and analyse report output
• Analyse, Investigate and resolve any issues encountered in SIT
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective and robust working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders as well as provide a key escalation point for all testing related delivery issues to ensure resolution within appropriate timeframes to minimise impact on delivery quality and velocity
• Test Team management and coordination: recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and leading by example the whole quality engineering team; leading the testing efforts and supporting the team.
• Test Delivery: Lead the design, development, and implementation of effective and robust agile test frameworks, standards, and processes to deliver value early and to ensure quality outcomes; Coordinate, manage, and report of all test cycles, test phases for the project; Manage and coordinate Test Environments across the project

Skills

Must have

• Prior experience with below Adenza solution: Capital, Liquidity, Finstat, PRA 110
• 7+ experience out of which at least 4 years in Axiom
• Test/quality assurance leadership experience in the development and execution of robust test strategies and providing governance and guidance to achieve quality outcomes
• Ability to demonstrate leadership experience managing complex mission critical technology projects, and the ability to manage multiple delivery streams across integrated systems simultaneously
• Experience in test environment management
• Extensive experience working in Agile environment with ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure
• Ability to drive results keeping the long-term strategy as the focus.
• Ability to think strategically, see the big picture and quickly grasp complex dependencies
• Ability to focus on continuous improvement, cascading the values to the team
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience
• Extensive experience liaising within cross functional teams for resolving issues.
• Strong facilitation skills, presenting technical information to diverse non‐technical stakeholders and engaging with senior executives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at every level of the organisation
• Ability to build, motivate and grow effective teams
