Job Description
- Responsibilities:• Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with minimal impact to business
• Put in controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth the functioning of production systems
• Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised.
• Stakeholder relationships across all groups within the bank, ensuring alignment to common objectives and fulfillment of criteria and requirements across the various businesses and units.
• Member of the development and implementation team (including off-shore) working on assigned tasks, projects, and it initiatives.
• Interacts with members and other functional teams including members of the offshore team
• Work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities
• Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/ procedures, including change and incident management process
• Provide general administrative support to the team including meetings, knowledge transfer, and activity reporting
• Candidate is expected to work in extended hours (shifts & weekends) on the need basis.
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
• Day-to-day delivery and support of key treasury systems/initiatives
• Work efficiently and prioritize system enhancements and upgrades - Mandatory Skills Description:Overall 2-4 years of experience in Banking application L1 production support
• First-hand experience with Unix, and SQL.
• Exposure to production monitoring.
• Superior technical, analytical, and communication capabilities.
• Current on new technology, standards, protocols, and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment.
• Well-versed in digital technologies, automation, environment support, and key technology/vendor solutions.
• Exposure to capital market experience - Nice-to-Have Skills:• Good verbal & written communication skills.
