Project Description:We are seeking a Helpdesk L1 professional with a strong background in Banking IT support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in supporting banking solutions, troubleshooting issues, and handling service requests in a Scheduled Commercial Bank in India.
Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 support for Core Banking Solutions (CBS) and related applications. Assist users with Finacle Menu Options (CBS 10 UBS version 10.2.18) and resolve queries related to banking business logic. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported on a day-to-day basis. Handle customer calls and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related banking issues. Work with Service Ticketing Management Solutions to track, document, and escalate issues as required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and minimize service disruptions.
Mandatory Skills Description:• Minimum One year experience of working in a similar position • Minimum 1 year of in-scope solutions experience in the field of Banking IT domain/support of related solutions • Knowledge of Finacle Menu Options (CBS 10 UBS version 10.2.18) • Knowledge of Core Banking Solutions, banking support, experience in handling calls • Troubleshooting of issues observed/reported on a day-to-day basis Working knowledge of Service Ticketing.
