Job Description
- Responsibilities:OpenText Content Server Management:
• Administer, configure, and maintain the OpenText Content Server to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement and manage document lifecycle policies, security settings, and user access controls.
Document Management:
• Develop and enforce document management policies and procedures.
• Oversee the storage, organization, and retrieval of documents within the content management system.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
SharePoint Online Integration:
• Leverage expertise in SharePoint Online to integrate and manage document workflows between OpenText and SharePoint platforms.
• Ensure seamless interoperability and data exchange between systems.
Functional Analysis and Mapping:
• Conduct thorough functional analysis of existing document management processes.
• Map and document current and future state processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop functional specifications and requirements for system enhancements.
Document Migration:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute document migration projects.
• Perform data validation, integrity checks, and quality assurance to ensure successful migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document migration.
Senior-Level Experience:
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in document management and content engineering.
- Mandatory Skills Description:• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• OpenText Content Server
• Document Management
• Experience with SharePoint (especially SharePoint Online)
• Functional Analysis and Mapping
• Document Migration
- Nice-to-Have Skills Description:• Experience with other content management systems
• Knowledge of related OpenText products and solutions
• Proficiency in scripting or automation for document management tasks
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Project management experience in document management or content migration projects
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to document management
