Job Description
- Responsibilities:Are you an expert when it comes to Tableau service engineering, architecture and automation? Do you have a track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?
We're looking for a Tableau architect to:
- Manage and maintain Tableau Server environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Utilize REST API and Metadata API for automation, integration, and customization tasks within the Tableau and Power BI environments.
- Write and maintain Python scripts for data processing, automation, and integration purposes.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system administration, automation, and monitoring tasks.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
- Support Bank`s initiative on Tableau to PowerBI Migration having a Power Platform Champion mindset
- Update the comprehensive assessment periodically to show complexity analysis of the workbooks to different stakeholder - Mandatory Skills Description:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Power BI knowledge is highly beneficial
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes, particularly using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or similar.
- Ability to create complex calculations, scripts, and automation workflows in Tableau.
- Proven track record in developing and deploying BI solutions in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels. - Nice-to-Have Skills Description:- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.
- Scripting is Python is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
