Job Description
Work with users and other stakeholders to understand business requirements around the Calypso implementation.
Own end-to-end delivery of agile development stories including requirements gathering, design, and implementation of Calypso system changes.
Cooperate with team members: Developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Testers.
Training on Calypso Platform can be provided as required.
Skills
Must have
5+ years of experience as a Back-office BA including requirements gathering and solution design
5+ years of experience in Back-office derivatives platform configuration (for example Murex, Calypso, Kondor, ...)
Strong exposure to capital markets asset classes and functionality, especially FX, FXD, and Back-Office processing (especially settlement)
Experience preparing and running workshops
Experienced in SQL
Advanced problem-solving and solutioning skills
