ETL Test Engineer (5-8 yrs)

Location : Bangalore, Pune or Gurgaon.

Project Description :

- You'll be working with colleagues based across the region in at least three distinct locations. We work as a team together with the aspiration to provide trusted IT services and project support to the bank to support the ambitious growth plans.

- As a test lead, you'll play an important role in making sure we achieve both business and technology objectives.

Responsibilities :

Support testing roadmap by :

- Inputting to test completion reports.

- Carrying out strong analysis of the requirement to define and create test scenarios, test scheduling, the creation and execution of test scripts, and the creation and recording defects.

- Complete detailed analysis of test results to identify and record defects, i.e. identifying if it's a data defect, a code defect, a mapping issue, etc.

Mandatory Skills Description :

- At least 8 years of experience within the Test Automation domain.

- Strong SQL is a must-have requirement for the role experience in writing SQL Queries and investigating SQL Queries

- Writing complex queries, including joining data from multiple tables, and multiple parameter queries.

- Hands-on experience of database testing and structures.

- ETL testing understanding data ingestion process where data is ingested each day and transformed in the database, validation of data integrity.

- Experience of agile methodology & practices, agile tools, Dev Ops, data analysis, and lean tools.
