Job Description
The Murex L1 Functional Support team is responsible for
1st line of support for all Murex users
Monitoring the interfaces for deals received from upstream and downstream systems.
Able to analyse and resolve issues related to P&L, Simulation, Blotter, Reporting, static data, market data etc.
Responsible for doing bug fixes, minor enhancements and releases in Murex
Handles all questions & incidents, and structurally resolves the root cause of incidents.
Effectively communicate with Murex users and other stake holders
Must have
5+ years of Murex experience in either MxML
Good knowledge on Post-Trade Workflows
Good knowledge to investigate and resolve MxML related issues
Intermediate knowledge of pre-trade coding
Basic knowledge on SQL and unix commands
Good communication skills
Nice to have
Experience in working on a support project is a plus.
Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python)
Familiar with FX and MM products
Good communication skills

English: C2 Proficient
