Appian Quality Assurance Lead

Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and challenges, and requirements.

Translate BPM requirement specifications into test scenarios and test cases.

Design, develop, configure, and run Test Scenarios, Test Cases, for Appian based custom Business Process Management (BPM) workflows across the enterprise.

Create test data required for the planned test cases.

Log, track and retest bugs identified in the system.

Participate in scrum ceremonies and in the day-to-day activities of the Appian BPM development teams.

Deliver projects in either Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies, as project dictates.

Lead and guide junior QA team members

The work is primarily in the manual testing area; however, you may also be required to work on areas of test automation of Appian applications, user access testing, database testing and related activities.

Collaborate with application support teams throughout the development, deployment, and support phases.
