English Tutor (Third Party Role)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide English language training to employees, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and soft skills.
• Develop lesson plans tailored to individual employee needs and learning styles.
• Conduct regular assessments and track progress of employee's improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in teaching methods and quality of instruction.
• Maintain accurate records of employee's attendance, grades, and feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience as an English Tutor or Teacher.
• Bachelor's degree in English (B.A) + Master's degree (M.A) preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of English language structure, syntax, vocabulary, and grammar rules.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees from diverse backgrounds.
