Job Description
Qualification
- Marketing MBA
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in handling a category management/marketing role or having a balanced exposure to both sales & marketing functions in that duration.
Experience in Solar category marketing
Should have Technical + marketing capability in category
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end to end marketing (4Ps) for a business category
- Developing & executing Solar Category Marketing Calendar aligned to the periodic action plan as aligned to business objectives
- New Product Launches - Solar
- Key seasonal & business campaigns
- Support & drive region specific marketing requirements for category
- HO driven & regional tactical initiatives
- Budget planning & control for Category
- Build & roll out new initiatives for channel & consumer development
- Align & drive Brand Objectives through Category based actions
