Small & Medium Business (SMB) Growth Specialist - Work from office role (Chennai)
Role Overview:
As an SMB Growth Specialist, you will identify, acquire, and nurture relationships with small and medium-sized business clients. Your goal will be to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact through emails with inbound leads from small and medium businesses.
- Qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts for sales leadership.
- Ensure trials and subscriptions are created and processed.
Key Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the SMB sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and common sense in decision-making.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
