Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee dealership training and onboarding to ensure seamless integration into PURE EV's network.
- Conduct formal business communications with dealers, including negotiations, compliance reviews, and business assessments.
- Optimize cash flow and overall dealership performance while ensuring adherence to company protocols.
- Conduct training on product knowledge, sales strategies, technical insights, and dealership MIS, while implementing robust MIS reports to track performance.
- Pitch and represent the PURE EV brand effectively in virtual and in-person meetings.
- Identify, onboard, and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner relationships to expand the distribution network of PURE EV products.
- Oversee cash flow, operations, and any issues that arise with existing dealers, ensuring the relevant internal teams address them.
- Implement retail finance partnerships to enhance dealership performance. Collaborate with local retail finance companies to secure favorable partnerships.
- Coordinate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives and partner success.
- Explore new business opportunities for our EVs and battery technology in emerging markets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in sales or marketing.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities for market research and competitor analysis.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Capable of creating professional, visually appealing presentations and conducting virtual meetings effectively.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to the company's headquarters in Sangareddy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and proficiency in regional languages will be advantageous.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for renewable energy and electric vehicles.
Bonus: 2-4 years of experience in Business Development and Operations
Compensation:
CTC: 12L per annum
ESOPs shall be granted to the right employee as per Company ESOP policy.
