Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities • Manage the New Product Development (NPD) process from the RFQ stage to PSW stage. • Lead the development of new products and ensure timely delivery. • Handle costing and pricing for new developments. • Manage customer interactions and coordination during development cycles. • Ensure compliance with quality norms, including IATF 16949 documentation. • Develop and manage a high-performing team to meet organizational objectives. • Maintain a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. • Be willing to relocate to Pantnagar with family if not already based there.
