Assistant Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Interface with the Sales team and provide timely confirmations on payments received from customers
• Timely generation of Invoices from Zoho books, mailing the same to customers and proper accounting of all Revenues in the accounting system
• Resolve queries relating to customer remittances with the Banks, customers.
• Relationship management with banks for regular banking transactions, FIRCs
• Reconciliation of collections with payment gateways such as Razorpay etc
• Work on project to automate Collection and Invoicing
• Preparation of MIS reports on Revenue, Collections, Overdues, TDS

• Accounting Principles
• Sales Accounting/Collections experience
• Banking transaction knowledge
• Basic Taxation knowledge
• Experience of International banking transactions
• Attention to details
• Data gathering & analytical skills
• Operating Zoho Books
• Good written & spoken English for effective communication
