Frontline Sales Executive (PAN India)

We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Frontline Sales Executives to join our growing team across PAN India. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and the desire to contribute to the growth of a leading BFSI organization. As a Frontline Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding customer relationships, and increasing market share through effective field sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through proactive field-based efforts. Engage with potential clients, promote BFSI products/services, and close deals effectively.
• Customer Acquisition: Develop relationships with new customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable financial products/services to meet their goals.
• Market Penetration: Utilize local market insights to enhance brand presence and increase product/service visibility. Regularly visit clients, maintaining a consistent presence in the field.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or other channels, ensuring timely and accurate conversion into business.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, maintaining a high level of performance and motivation.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates. Regularly report progress to the sales manager or team lead.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors activities, market trends, and customer feedback to keep up-to-date with industry developments and refine sales tactics accordingly.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements are met in line with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Fresher to 8 years of experience in field sales. Previous experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain will be highly preferred.
• Education: A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in any discipline. Additional certifications or training in sales, finance, or related areas will be a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Customer-Oriented: Ability to understand and address customer needs while providing exceptional service.
• Sales Acumen: Strong interest in sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in field-based or frontline sales roles.
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local geography and customer base will be an added advantage.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools. Experience with mobile sales apps and online platforms is desirable.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to succeed, with a willingness to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle objections, resolve issues, and find creative solutions to customer challenges.
