We are looking for a Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) who will be involved in various engineering and manufacturing processes to gain hands-on experience and develop skills within the manufacturing industry.

This role is designed for recent graduates who are keen to learn and contribute to our engineering team while supporting the production and improvement of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:

Assist in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity.

Participate in process audits and contribute to the development of improvement plans.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, addressing operational issues as they arise.

Support the implementation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Project Assistance:

Assist in engineering projects from conception through to execution, including design, testing, and evaluation phases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Data Analysis:

Collect and analyze data related to production performance, quality control, and safety.

Prepare reports and presentations based on findings to support decision-making.

Learning and Development:

Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance engineering knowledge and skills.

Seek mentorship and feedback from senior engineers and supervisors to facilitate professional growth.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in technical software and tools relevant to engineering and manufacturing.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Experience: No prior experience required; internships or relevant academic projects in engineering are a plus.

Working Conditions:

Office and manufacturing floor environments.

Occasional travel may be required.
