Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Kitchen area with hygiene regulations
• Creative with cuisine, recipes, and menu development
• Maintaining good collaboration with team to optimize workflow with maximum efficiency
• Manage inventory, prep ingredients , and ensure kitchen is fully stocked for service
• Experienced with dynamic, high-pressure environment while maintaining food quality standards

Requirements:

• Fast-paced kitchen, preferably comfortable with fast food or quick-service environment
• Excellent time-management and good with tight deadlines
• Well versed with Food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
• Creative with Fast food items preparation and presentation

Preferred:

• Experienced with managing kitchen operations and supervision
• Ability to understand efficient kitchen workflows and processes
