Engineer (Sales & Marketing)

The Sales & Marketing Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling technical products or services to clients. This role involves understanding the technical aspects of the products, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales.Key Responsibilities : Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the technical specifications, features, and benefits of the products or services offered.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.Sales and Customer Relationship Management : Identify potential clients and establish relationships with key decision-makers.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities and advantages.Address client inquiries and provide technical support throughout the sales process.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.Marketing Strategy : Work with the marketing team to create collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.Analyze market trends and customer needs to contribute to the development of marketing strategies.Technical Support : Provide technical assistance to customers during and after the sales process.Collaborate with the technical team to address customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Act as a liaison between the customer and the engineering team, facilitating effective communication.Training and Education : Conduct training sessions for sales and marketing teams to enhance their technical product knowledge.Develop and deliver technical content for educational purposes, such as webinars or workshops.
