Role & responsibilities

• Job allocation to Fluid Handlers.
• Ensure compliance of schedule.
• To crosscheck the activities performed by the Fluid Handlers.
• You will be responsible for 5 S maintenance in the Lube Room.
• Carrying out filtration of oils and keeping their record.
• Oil analysis.
• Oil receipts and record updating.
• Waste disposal and record updating.
• To make the schedule for the day for planned activities.
• To check the completion of the planned activities and updating the same to the Head Office
• To check and record leakage and abnormality.
• To make report of the daily activity carried out.
• Share the condition of the equipment to Head Office
• Overall management of the site.
• Meet the clients on a regular basis and get their feedback.
• Get regular updates from the Supervisor regarding activity completion.
• Ensure the compliance of the activity schedules.
• Conduct training and upskilling of the team.
• Preparation of Skill Matrix.
• Manpower management (Shift Schedules, absenteeism, OT etc.)
• Sharing report in the prescribed format with Head Office and the customer.
• Sharing site attendance on fortnightly basis with the Head Office.
• Preparing and presenting Monthly report to Customer and HO.
• Submission of Invoice and its clearance from all the departments.
• Conduct line walks in the plant and check for deviations.
• To maintain a record of escalations from client side and the remedies we have taken.
