Roles and Responsibilities
Senior Engineer /Associate Manager Service (Mechanical & Electrical)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess advanced maintenance knowledge of CNC Turning, CNC Milling, and Grinding Machines.
- Demonstrate application knowledge of CNC Turning and CNC Milling Machines.
- Exhibit multi-skilled basic mechanical knowledge of CNC Turning & CNC Milling and proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office.
Responsibilities
- To carry out service activities, as per the allocation, Customer's requirement and Organisation's processes.
- Execute the commissioning/breakdown of Ace Micromatic Products within the framework of Micromatic Machine Tools policies and guidelines.
- Perform maintenance and calibration of measuring & control equipments and manage spares.
- Organize receivables and commercial documents against invoices.
- Follow up on pending calls by juniors and provide online support to juniors & customers
