Assistant Manager QA

Experience & Qualification:

• 4+ yrs of experience in Food Safety Management system implementation (HACCP/ ISO 9001/ ISO 22K/ FSSC 22k).
• Certified Internal/Lead Auditor HACCP/ISO/FSSC.
• Well-versed with FSSAI guidelines & Standards.
• Preferred skill: experience with Occupational Health and Safety Systems Management

Requirement:

• Mid-level understanding of Food Catering Industries /FMCG/ Food Production.
• HACCP and Food safety risk assessment with respect to physical, chemical, microbiological and allergen.
• Good understanding of processes and interest to learn new process.
• Good understanding of risk pertaining to product and process
• Leadership skills in collaborating with different stake holders.
• Interpersonal skills (relationship building, teamwork, interpersonal insight, conflict resolution, customer orientation)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Internal Audits ensuring compliance to SOPs procedures.
• To ensure all the products conform to the company HACCP specifications through assurance of processes from supply chain to consumer.
• Conducting Staff trainings & verifying training competency.
• Ensuring Supplier standards are in compliance to Company HACCP requirements
• To document, manage activities and resources needed to meet quality goals and objectives.
• To ensure conformance to Customer & Regulatory specifications of the finished products.
• Support consumer response department in handling concerns related to product Quality/Safety & Integrity.

Responsibility to develop and implement a Corrective Action Program, in response to Quality Audit /EHS Audit/ Internal Quality Audit reports
