Job Summary:
The Senior Producer plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and internal communications for Lowes Media Network (LMN). This position is responsible for managing creative workflows, end to end campaign orchestration right from brief to execution and ensuring the timely categorization and uploading of creative assets. With a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, the Senior Creative Producer works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Reporting to a Team Lead within Lowes Marketing organization, this role serves as a subject matter expert in creative operations and the primary point of contact for key stakeholders. The Senior Creative Producer must possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a keen attention to detail to ensure successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide operational support, guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that creative outputs align with the brief and project objectives.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams of creative professionals (designers, copywriters, producers) to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Develop project execution plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and capacity management.
Own and drive creative campaigns from start to finish.
Collaborate with marketing teams, creative leads, and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Retail Media partners to develop effective strategies and deliver exceptional results.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop clear and concise creative briefs that outline project goals, target audience, and key messaging.
Delegate tasks appropriately and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Proactively identify and address team/client needs and requests.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, motivating team members and providing guidance and support.

Required Minimum Qualifications :
Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have):
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on creative projects within a marketing or retail environment.
Strong understanding of creative processes and workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management workflows, tools and software.
A passion for creativity and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
Secondary Skills (desired)
Familiarity with Adobe Workfront preferred.
Familiarity with Mac interface and OS.
PMP or any project management certification is a plus.
