We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Lovelocal.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful onboarding, management, and engagement of retail outlets across a variety of categories,.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Executives (KAEs), ensuring performance alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for onboarding and managing retail outlets across categories, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives.
- Drive retailer engagement and foster long-term partnerships by curating and executing innovative promotional campaigns and offers on the LoveLocal platform.
- Monitor and optimize the team's execution of BTL marketing activities to ensure high-impact promotions and brand visibility at retail outlets.
- Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights, supporting the team in enhancing retailer spend and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimization of product assortment, pricing strategies, and fill rates.
- Track and improve delivery metrics such as fill rates, delivery experience, and cancellation rates in coordination with the operations team.
- Train, mentor, and support the KAE team to achieve their individual and collective targets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Generate and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting team achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
