This is a full-time on-site Business Development Manager role located in West Pune
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets
The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing trends, and developing strategies to increase business growth and profitability and management of sales team

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and digital marketing.
Understanding of CRM, ERP and related software for real estate consulting business management is plus.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Knowledge of leasing IT SEZ space for corporates is a plus.
