Job Description
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their communications needs
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the agency s client base
- Generating a qualified pipeline for new business
Meeting individual sales targets - Translating RFPs and Briefs in to pitch decks
Assisting in group level pitches led by business heads - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify pitch approach for breifs and RFPs
- Coordinate with sales partners and channels to make sure sales pipeline and CRM are addressed in real time
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development executive/manager role in an Advertising / Communications / PR / Digital Agency
- Strong understanding of communications domain and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Needs to have and be able to drive lots of contacts in the industry
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
