Job Description
- The Change Lead will set the change approach and lead on workstream specific change management activities for one workstream on LSEG s Oracle Fusion ERP implementation
- We are looking for an experienced Change Lead who has proven track record of delivering change across a global finance function
- LSEG is currently delivering a multi-year Finance Transformation journey to transform the way we work in order to build value and deliver balanced growth for the business
- The Beacon Program will drive efficiency and improve benefits on Billing, Accounting, Finance Operations and Reporting for LSEG by moving to a single Enterprise Resource Planning and Performance Management supplier
- This involves a greenfield ERP implementation allowing LSEG to embrace the latest cloud offerings and bring a future-proof platform
- WHAT YOULL BE DOING: Develops, manages and implements workstream specific change management activities, leveraging the Change Management Playbook which sets out the Beacon change approach
- Works closely with the Head of Change to set the vision and core messaging for the workstream, ensuring and/or reinforcing buy-in
- Works closely with the Workstream Lead to agree priorities, manage key stakeholders and ensure full business readiness ahead of each release
- Works closely with the Training Manager and Communications Manager to ensure alignment across communications, engagement and training
- Determines the impacted stakeholder population and the corresponding personas, working closely with the Technical Leads and SMEs
- Owns the execution of the change plan and corresponding deliverable(eg
- stakeholder mapping, change impact assessment, personas)
- Directs and manages the Change Support Manager (if provided) on the change activities within the workstream
- Liaises with the UAT lead to ensure provision of change support where required (gcommunications and engagement)
- Owns project status reporting and provides key progress updates to Beacon Leadership and PMO
- Identifies change-related issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions as they arise; prepares mitigation actions to address these in a timely manner and implement as appropriate
- Owns the business readiness assessment prior to Go Live, working closely with the Training Manager, Communications Manager and key workstream stakeholders
- Owns the measurement of benefits adoption following Go Live, working closely with key workstream stakeholders
- Liaises with the FTOM lead to ensure provision of change support where required
