Job Overview:

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and quality control of OOH (Out-Of-Home) advertising assets, including billboards, hoardings, and digital displays. The role involves supervising field teams, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field staff and manage daily tasks for installation and maintenance.
• Monitor the quality and safety of OOH advertising structures.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure expectations are met and address concerns.
• Perform site visits and regular inspections of installations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and report on progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and local regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in field supervision, preferably in OOH advertising.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of OOH advertising structures and safety standards.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
• Problem-solving and client management abilities.
