Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Field Supervisor to oversee on-site technical operations, ensure project completion, and maintain quality standards.

Conduct on-site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks to verify compliance with specifications.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project updates.

Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, field activities, and team performance.

Train, mentor, and evaluate field team members to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies during all field activities.

Manage technical equipment, inventory, and resources to optimize project execution.
