We are looking for a motivated Technical Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a knack for understanding client needs.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation
• Identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
• Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Identify and prioritize prospects to approach for business development opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client needs, concerns, and objectives to propose suitable solutions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and satisfaction.
• Proposal Creation & Presentation:
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to meet client requirements.
• Present company offerings persuasively and effectively to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the technical teams to align proposals with the company's capabilities.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals:
• Negotiate contract terms and agreements in line with company policies.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
• Market Feedback & Strategy Development:
• Gather market feedback and insights to enhance products/services and identify new opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of business strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
• Provide inputs for marketing campaigns and product/service improvements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
• Goal-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
