About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PowerBuilder Developer to join our team at a leading MNC in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of critical applications within the Banking domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain PowerBuilder applications using Visual Basic.

- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and project managers.

- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in PowerBuilder development.

- Strong proficiency in Visual Basic programming.

- Experience in designing and developing database-driven applications.

- Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience in working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
