Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3 to 4 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, proven experience working with international clients, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth globally.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads in the IT industry through various channels, including online research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies for reaching out to international clients and securing business opportunities.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and business goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, proposals, and negotiations.

Sales Strategy and Business Planning:

  • Created and implemented strategic sales plans tailored to international markets to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and market positioning.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and operations, to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Ensure smooth coordination for project delivery and client onboarding after deal closure.

Pipeline Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking leads, opportunities, and progress.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for management review.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Prepared and delivered compelling business proposals and presentations to international clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations to close deals, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term partnerships.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


Created and implemented

  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, and international client handling in the IT industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and technology trends.
  • International Exposure: Experience working with clients across different countries and cultures.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with high-value clients.
