Electrical (High Side)

Responsibilities of the General Manager Construction - Electrical:

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of a campus-like Data Center Park, including buildings and mission critical infrastructure facilities, high side Infrastructure for Industrial, Warehouse and Logistics par.
• Be technically proficient in Data Center electrical designs, specifically covering EHV tie-in and substations, cable networks, carriage-way right of ways, supply redundancy including alternate power source systems, system earthing, optimization of energy and system efficiency, security systems, BMS, other infra provisions, etc.
• Understanding of electrical designs & engineering of  EHV Grid Connectivity , LILO and AIS and GIS Substations, 400 kV, 220kV to 33kV.
• Shall also have coordination experience with multi-disciplinary teams and a good understanding of connection and integration with other building trades.
• Shall be capable of developing construction method statements, identify risks or gaps related to power and elv system performance, constructability, and maintainability, and recommend effective solutions.
• Be well-versed in codes, standards, and utility norms related to large scale electrical distribution systems design and construction. 
• Shall also be well versed with enabling regulations for Renewable Energy integration, for both on-site and off-site options across procurement models.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement best practices in a cost-effective manner while adhering to project budgets.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project and ensure thoughtful implementation of construction and commissioning practices.
• Lead the team in establishing project timelines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress to achieve timely and high-quality construction deliverables.
• Ensure adequate staffing and resources internally and at appointed contractors to deliver the project, shall be able to foster high-caliber, high-performing project teams.
• Develop and maintain supply chain relationships, demonstrating strong negotiation and management skills associated with construction and project execution.

Requirements:

• Engineering professional with a Bachelors or Masters degree and 15+ years of field experience
• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage large projects involving multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders
