Lead Quality Auditor

Audit Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits on all Lodha projects.
• Excellent Analytical skill and able to evaluate trend analysis with good presentation skill.
• Very good communication skill and able to perform is tremendous pressure.
• Ensure Lodha Policies, processes, Specification and other regulatory requirements in line of ISO 9001-2015.
• Conduct audit in line of instruction from Management and ensure timely and efficient execution of audits.
• Review audit results, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans with project teams.
• Ensure that corrective actions are taken to resolve non-conformances and track their effectiveness.
• Advise on best practices and recommend improvements to current quality systems and processes.
• Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure the company stays ahead of compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of quality awareness and drive process improvements.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation, including records of inspections, non-conformance reports, and audit checklists.

Training & Support

• Provide guidance and training to employees on quality assurance practices, audit methodologies, and compliance standards.
• Support the development and implementation of quality management policies and procedures.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks in quality management and suggest proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Conduct risk assessments and support project teams in risk management activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related field.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Lead Auditor ISO 9001) is highly desirable.

• Desirable Attributes :
• Proven experience as a Lead Auditor, with strong knowledge of auditing methodologies and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001.

Working Conditions

• Travel may be required to various construction sites for audit purposes.
