Technology Program Lead

Job Purpose • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer, who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, experience leading projects, and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas

• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions across various systems and platforms.

• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

Perform code reviews, ensuring code quality, and providing constructive feedback to team

members.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver software solutions that meet user and business needs.

Actionable (4-6) : Will be responsible for Development activities. • Will look after API development, API security and compliance • Will work with vendors for API management.
