Preferred Candidate Profile:
As a Closing Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales closing process for Lodha's Crown Taloja project. Your primary focus will be on converting potential leads into customers, ensuring high conversion rates and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of sales processes. You will work closely with teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to successfully close deals.
Key Skills Required:
✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔ Proven ability to manage sales processes and close deals in a fast-paced B2C environment
✔ Deep understanding of real estate sales, legal agreements, and documentation ✔ Experience in managing and training sales teams
