Network Security Engineer L2 For Mumbai Location

Role & responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise-level security solutions, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to managing and securing IT infrastructure. Kindly arrange the same on priority.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain Fortinet and Checkpoint firewalls, including configuration, policy creation, and monitoring.

2. Administer and troubleshoot Sectona PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions.

3. Configure, manage, and optimize Zscaler Proxy for secure web access and traffic filtering.

4. Handle Aruba ClearPass NAC to ensure endpoint compliance and network access control.

5. Operate and maintain F5 Load Balancers, including traffic management, SSL offloading, and troubleshooting.

6. Collaborate with the network team to manage and troubleshoot routing, switching, and wireless network issues.

7. Assist in integrating and securing cloud network environments in platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

8. Perform periodic security audits, vulnerability assessments, and provide remediation recommendations.

9. Monitor and respond to security events and incidents in a timely manner.

10. Develop and update technical documentation, including network diagrams and security policies.

11. Configure, manage, and monitor Cloudflare WAF to protect web applications from threats, including DDoS attacks, OWASP vulnerabilities, and malicious traffic.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in configuring and managing Fortinet and Checkpoint firewalls.

Hands-on experience with Sectona PAM, Zscaler Proxy, WAF and Aruba ClearPass NAC.

Strong understanding of F5 Load Balancers (LTM, ASM, etc.).

Good knowledge of network routing, switching, and wireless networking.

Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have:

Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Ansible, etc.).

Industry certifications like Fortinet NSE, Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE, Zscaler ZCCP, or F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator.

Understanding of ITIL processes.
