About Job :

- Experience in End client security Support, Technical support, Troubleshooting, debugging, maintenance, and any technical support in EDR, Proxy domain

Key Responsibilities :

Responsible to support the Day-to-Day Operations and ensure defined SLA has been met as agreed in the SOW. Process knowledge on ITIL.

- 5+ years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments.

- Responsible for handling incidents and service request in day-to-day operation.

- Managing, Troubleshooting, and implementing new feature in Zscaler proxy Management Log and Traffic LOG Review in Zscaler proxy (ZPA, ZIA) Managing, Troubleshooting, and implementing new feature in Checkpoint and Cisco FD device.

- Management Log and Traffic LOG Review in Checkpoint / FTD Device IPS(Intrusion Prevention Services) Log need to monitor and Detect/Prevent the protection based on log Configuring and troubleshooting for Remote Access and IPSEC VPN In Checkpoint.

- Having knowledge on DDOS products.

- Coordinating with OEM and vendor for any Issue

- Adhering and Implementing guidelines and Customer policies

- Must close all the Incident & service Request within Service Level Agreement

- Coordinating with hardware vendor for any hardware issue.

- Change management process (ITIL Process) to be followed for any configuration changes in network devices.

Technical Skills (Mandatory) : Network Security Engineer, Checkpoint

Technical Skills (Preferred) :

- Zscaler Certifications

- Checkpoint certification

- Cisco FTD firewall experience

- Knowledge on ITIL process

Soft Skills :

- Good Communication and Writing Skills

- Quick learning of new Mgt Skills

- Proactive and Progressive Mind set

Qualification :

- Diploma/BE/ Any Graduation

- 5+ years of experience in Network Security

Certification :
