Senior Network & Security Engineer (Firewall, SDWAN, NAC), L2, L3.

Location : Noida.

Job Type : Full-time.

Experience : 3 to 8 years.

CTC : 20% hike on Current Salary.

Responsibilities :

Network Design and Implementation :

- Lead the design and implementation of complex network architectures, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate network systems seamlessly.

- Should have minimum 5 years of experience.

Security Infrastructure Deployment :

- Architect, deploy, and manage advanced security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, endpoint security, SD-WAN, and NAC.

- Implement security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's infrastructure.

Network Optimization's :

- Monitor and optimize the performance of the organization's network infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues promptly, implementing solutions for continuous improvement.

Project Management :

- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders, providing technical leadership and expertise.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for network and security configurations, processes, and procedures.

- Keep documentation up-to-date to facilitate troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with other IT professionals, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve project objectives.

- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the implementation team.

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a senior network & security implementation engineer or in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and security best practices.

- Hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SD-WAN, NAC, and endpoint security.

- Experience in project management and the successful delivery of complex implementations.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification.

- Experience with cloud security and virtualization technologies.
