We are currently hiring for the position of Executive - Talent Acquisition (TA) (C2H) to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. We invite interested candidates to either walk in for an interview or share their CVs for further discussions with HR team.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in IT sales hiring.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to effectively source and attract candidates using diverse recruitment methods.
• Passion for IT Sales Recruitment: A genuine interest in IT sales recruitment and contributing to organizational growth.

• Oversee recruitment delivery and operations, partnering closely with business teams to align sourcing and hiring strategies with the company's broader goals.
• Utilize industry knowledge and experience to identify and attract the best talent, both technical and business-focused.
• Determine current hiring needs and provide accurate workforce forecasts.
• Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans, as well as strategies to meet business demands.
• Create, organize, and implement new recruiting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and improve the quality of hires.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent from non-traditional and underrepresented talent pools.
• Leverage your network and user base to promote the organizations brand and attract top-tier candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational efficiency in Talent Acquisition.
