Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive - Talent Acquisition to drive our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract top talent. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with stakeholders to fill positions efficiently while fostering a positive candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and plan recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing Candidates: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screening and Shortlisting: Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Offer Management: Negotiate offers and facilitate pre-joining formalities.
• Data Management: Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes by adopting industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri and similar tools.
• Maintains confidentiality and represents the company well.
