Job Description

Job Description: As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our exisitng client base. Your primary responsibility will be maintain strong relationships with them. You will be a key contributor to our business success by identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for additional services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services to clients.

2. Business Growth:

    • Continuously explore opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance business development strategies.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of FTL logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
