- Male Candidate
- Working Shift - 8AM to 5PM or 11 AM to 8 PM
- Relevant experience of 1~2 Years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Clear, concise, and respectful communication with Empathy and good listening skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Product/service knowledge: Keen to learn on Company's Product.
- Time management and organization: Ability to handle multiple calls, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability and flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing situations, policies, or procedures
- Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office or Google Sheet, and call center dialer tool.
