We are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager - Channel Sales to drive business growth and broker partnerships for Livspace. This role requires building and scaling the broker channel to acquire customers for interior design and fit-out solutions in new and existing homes. The ideal candidate will develop B2B partnerships, optimize acquisition costs, and expand market reach.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen broker partnerships to source customers for interior solutions.
- Build a structured process and value chain for all stakeholders in the real estate agency cycle.
- Scale the lead generation channel via B2B partnerships.
- Optimize cost of acquisition and enhance channel efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new territories.
- Drive business growth from 0 to 10, ensuring market penetration and scalability.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 6-8 years of on-ground business development experience.
- Background in FMCG/CD (Consumer Durables) preferred.
- Experience in launching businesses in new markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business expansion.
- Go-getter attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in real estate is a plus.
