Key skills for the job
Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5-8 highly motivated Business Managers Indirect Reporting of around 200 People under their respective Cohort
- Responsible for growth in their respective Regions
- What are the things required to grow cities where Livspace is present
- How many resources do we require in the respective regions
- What are the offers or marketing activities we require
- Managing the complete P&L and carry out AOP Plan for respective regions
- Build and scale this high-performing team for a predictable and sustainable business with P&L responsibility
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the right steps for the regional growth
Qualifications/Skill-set:
- 3-5 years of work experience as City Head / Growth Head / Strategy Head
- Overall Experience greater than 8 years
- Strong in multi-tasking & managing complex Operations structures
- Strong in Sales & BD
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Extremely high level of ownership around targets
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills
- IITs / Tier 1 B Schools
