About the Job:
We are looking for a Regional Head - Channel Sales to oversee and drive Channel Sales strategies in metro locations.
This role involves managing channel partners, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth while maintaining the brand image of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a sales team across multiple cities.
- Ensure performance targets are consistently met.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners, including developers and brokers.
- Expand business presence and enhance market penetration in each city.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, channel partners, and end customers.
- Monitor and optimize sales performance through effective tracking and reporting.
- Ensure business development and expansion, aligning with organizational goals.
- Travel as required to support business operations and maintain a strong on-ground presence.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 9-14 years of experience in Channel Sales Management in the Real Estate industry (Residential/Commercial).
- Strong network and connections with real estate brokers and channel partners.
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and manage channel partners across multiple regions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Ability to motivate and drive teams to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting
