- Manage and support assigned partners to achieve sales targets for health and general insurance products.
- Assist partners in lead generation and conversion.
- Accompany partner representatives on customer visits to close sales.
- Provide product training and updates to partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Track partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
